I studied a 3 bed 2 bath condo in Brookline Village. I feel sorry for the current landlord because he/she will get a deficit from the transaction. The listing price is cheaper than his/her purchasing price. 미국 보스턴 부동산 스터디를 했고, Great location and good price. I think the owner is willing to negotiate for a lower price, if I can do a cash deal

 

이 집은 2022년 3월에 985,000불에 매매가 되었다가 2023년 5월에 100만 불 넘는 가격에 매물로 나왔다.

하지만 아무도 사지 않아서 현재 작년에 매매했던 가격보다 낮은 가격까지 내려왔다.
