I have been amazed by 29 Concord Ave, a mid-century condominium building in Cambridge, MA. I love its design and the huge atrium inside the building. A 1 bed and 1 bath unit is on sale, and I studied its return rate. 미국 보스턴 부동산 투자자 usre는 이 케임브리지 콘도의 투자수익이 기준 아래이고 단점도 많지만, 매력이 넘치는 물건이라 결론 내렸다.

Conclusions

The return rate is lower than my standard.

 

  • Pros: Good location, layout, balcony, building with an atrium, south-facing
  • Cons: Mediocre annual return rate, no in-unit washer/dryer, no parking garage
